Return for refund within 14 days.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item purchased, please notify us within three (3) working days from the date you received the item. If an item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we ask that you choose your new product within fourteen (14) days. COCONAUTICAL will not accept any exchange request after the 14 day period has gone by.
Due to the intimate nature of our business, no swimwear will be refunded. When purchasing swimwear, please pay attention to the size details to avoid purchasing the wrong size. COCONAUTICAL will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods by any 3rd party delivery services, although every effort will be made to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your purchase.
Returned products will be inspected and will be replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect. Our liability is limited to replacement of the defective product. We’ll replace your product with the same style or substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style returned is no longer available. No cash exchange will be accepted. If the problem was caused by reasons other than the material's quality or the assembly process, the original merchandise will be returned to you.
We do not replace merchandise if it is not returned in a satisfactory condition. The item must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way at any time. Products damaged by normal wear and tear will not be replaced. The cost of the courier to return the swimwear will be under the buyer's account.
Please ensure swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal.. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
